@F1point4, Did you re-install those little bumper supports? I stared un-doing stuff and didn't really see where they came off of, or how to put them back on...

70 bucks plus free shipping for the same part firestorm got. I'm going to have to say can't beat that deal. I really wanted the rear diffuser not really interested in a front one seeing as I have a cbs and it doesn't look right on black.

The gaps on the far left and right are tightened up with the provided slip on metal sleeve. It provides you a place to screw tight to the bumper.

I installed mine today - I only drilled three holes one in the center V and one on each end
Everything else lined up with factory holes
Looks great and it lines up with my Rexspeed CF Side skirts

I did not drill any holes, just mounted it with 6 bolts and nuts. I am pretty sure those were sufficient to hold the diffuser

I had one installed a few weeks ago. Before I went on eBay and found a similar one at the same price, my parts guy at the Subaru dealership was quoting it for.. $636!
He couldn't believe it after he saw it installed how much I had paid for it.

One of the best cosmetic mods for the price if you ask me. I always felt something was missing when looking at the car from back...

Thanks so much for the guide, but I"m just wondering if you did anything with those clips (part "B")? I bought a similar one with similar instructions, but instead of those clips I have different ones. I'll attach a copy of the instructions that I was given and the clips, but from the diagrams I have no idea how to attach them, can someone can give me some tips?

Instructions:

The clips (part "B")

Here's what it looks like atm, to be honest it does seem stable enough, but the sides does seem like it'll come lose if you press it down.

Also here's a link to the seller on ebay for anyone in Australia who might be interested in one with the same bumper like texture rather than a smooth plastic. (Not sure how much international shipping is)

Mine is the same - I hand screwed the bracket into the black bumper plastic where it meets the body-coloured bumper.
You need to figure out where to put the screws in (I messed that up on one side, so it is not as solid as the other) - basically, the leading edge of the clip (the side with only one small hole) will line up with the part of your underbody where the bumper colours (black and body colour) meet.
The small part of the bracket (like the hook of a "J") is what is screwed tight to your bumper (your screwdriver or drill bit will go through the big hole).

Once the bracket is solidly attached, you attach the diffuser by way of the other metal screw (the 4 gold coloured ones), screwing it into the single small hole.

Getting this positioning perfect is kinda tough (especially the angles you'll be working at), so I suggest taking your time and making sure it's a good fit before you actually screw it in.

Hope that sort of helps

Do you have any pics of the j hooks installed? I'm having a hard time with them. Thanks!!
