This is true. They bring in limited quantities each shipment.
Just have a to find an authorized Weds wheels distributors who stocks these.
We regularly stock these in our facility, but doesn't last long.

It does indeed clear Brembo brakes and most any other four-pot system.

Track-proven, too!

So I got my RPF1s 17x9 +45's today. I had them install a 245/40 Direzzas and they don't "touch" technically, but DAMN it's close. TOO CLOSE. I'm not willing to risk it, I'm waiting for my spacers.

EDIT:

So to be clear (because it was not quite clear when I ordered mine due to me not finding definitive info on this size on the STOCK suspension. 245/40's on 17x9 +45 DO NOT fit without spacers.

^^ And that's without adding more camber too! If you want to run -1.5 or -2 degrees up front you'll lose even more clearance.

Both are running 255/40/17 Hankook RS's and this weighs in at only 1lb more per wheel than the stock set up and adds a ton of tire.
What Lip/Skirt thingie does that Silver car have on it? Do you guys sell that? (silly question)
