Target boost pressure: 1.5kpa about 460ps

I think you mean 0.6 bar (about 9 psi) testing and 1.5 bar (about 20 psi) target. Atmospheric pressure is about 100 kpa.

The new internal gate on the turbos w/ also running an external gate. Helps prevent boost creep. I have a buddy with a built ej25 in a wrx putting out 800's with a new BorgWarner. From what I've heard the new ones depending on size are almost near impossible to get as of right now.
