I'm in the same situation, I have a Motiv Over Pipe + HFC and a Perrin unres Catback along with a K&N drop in.

I want to get a tune, but shouldn't I wait for a header? After all that, I might go supercharged in the future.

Don't wait. You can always data log and re-tune for free after the header. I think a tune is a better value then headers.
