Just chiming in, I was in the market to buy a shift knob from them as well, read the 30+ page "Show me your knob" thread, read all the issues people were having with not receiving emails. It really gets to you to be out of the look especially when you just send money over paypal without an "real" order confirmation for proof. I feel for you friend.

At the end of the summer around septembre i bought a custom short redhead flossy knob from the group buy. Right from the Beginning communications with Chad was a pain.

Anyway i got my knob installed the logo was not alligned so i put some teflon on shifter thread. Their wasnt enough teflon so i starded to unscrew the knob nada not even a 1/4 of a turn. The knob was stuck (two stripped threads in the knob) i have been very gentle without any real effort.

It was impossible to get the knob out by hand we ended up cuting the top of the knob with a metal saw to gain acces to the threaded hole to put some wd40.

5 mins later the knob came right off.

Prior to do any cuting i asked Chad for a replacement and he said no problem ship it back take it off anyway you want i will do a new one for you.

So early november i shipped the knob back to Chad. (20$ Cad)

Finally he told me back in december that i should get my replacement anyday from now... Guess what ! No news from him WTH ! What kind of buisness is that... On street view his shop is at home! Anyway numerous email later but nada im tired of all this thats only 150$ i know but come on....

Anyone near Flossy shop can give me some help i dont know what to do anymore...

Thanks ! I feel better now

I had some issues with flossy as well, my gold e locks heavy knob with custom engraving started to rust, it took a couple emails to have them tell me my knob must of not received its anti rust coating and if in sent it back to them at my expense they would repaint and engrave it. I ended up sanding it down and repainting it and sold it to a buddy.

I also have been having issues with Flossy.

I had ordered a shift knob on Black Friday November 29th, received confirmation of item. Emailed Flossy the following day to make sure the order was received and to make sure nothing else was needed from me. Got a response back same day.

Emailed on Dec 2nd to see if there was an update on the order or any sort of tracking #. No reply
Emailed on Dec 7th and got a reply the next day on Dec 8th stating the knob was in coating and would be shipped out in 2 days but they could ship me another one of different color that same day. I declined because I wanted the grey color.

Dec 16th still no update or tracking #, emailed again and no response.
Dec 27th emailed a final time to warn him that I am going to file a dispute if I do not hear a response within 3 days.

Still no response.

Sucks because I really wanted the knob and to support a small company but I feel like I have been scammed.

Count me in on having issues with this shitty "company". While the knob itself is fine, the engraving sucks. This was after he assured me that the engraving would come out "exactly" as the picture looked. He didn't respond to my emails. I think I'm just going to issue a charge-back for the amount of the engraving. Too bad too, because I really like the knob. He even shipped it in just a few days.

My wife ordered mine for my November birthday. Gave them more than enough time to deliver. Emailed them throughout November and December with slow responses and promises that they will deliver, blaming the holidays. Finally emailed them saying if they don't deliver we wanted our money back, and they said they would expedite the shipping and they were sorry. Still no product. Looking to file a dispute with our credit card company now.

TL;DR
No birthday gift, no Christmas gift

I filed a claim with Paypal yesterday. Giving them until Monday night before I escalate the dispute.
