So it will probably be quite hard to pinpoint which part contributes to what, but still...I am sure I will feel the difference.

You said you heard the difference? Any more noise than normal from the transmission? or what ?
Oooooh yes, you can hear/feel the tranny a lot more. Kind of echoing through the car, you can feel the gears shift, the engine idle rumble, everything. Definitely not for anyone who wants a super super quiet car. I absolutely love the addition of noise, it whips the sound generator noise hands down!

I also have the Whiteline rear positive traction bushings in, the perrin positive shift bushing, billet short shifter, STIFF sway bars and 1 inch drop springs, my baby drives on rails for sure. Crisp and Clean.

As soon as I can find some that I like, motor mounts will be introduced!

I completely agree, for now I am telling my motor to suck it up and be a man, until I can find some quality engine mounts. If you know of any, let me/the thread know!

Edit: Will be probably getting the Perrin motor mounts, unless anyone has a better suggestion/prediction.. I absolutely love and trust Perrin performance, Jeff has never let me down!

I was just about to say that Perrin makes them and they are quite good. I dont have them on my car though but considering that they have been quite consistent in delivering good quality goods, i trust them.

I have a ton of Perrin parts bought, most of them being put on today, with another shipment (hopefully) in the next week or so. Ever since reading Jeff's blog and all the proving and testing they do, I know I'll be safe. The Customer Service is impeccable as well!

TIC/MAW will likely come out with something good.

It's probably not that big a deal because the engine may tilt right/left but basically around the centerline of the car. The trans bushing is relatively narrow and in the center of the movement. If the bushing support was wider then there might be an issue.

I wouldn't mind a middle ground with a rubber insert rather than polyurethane. I may make a home made bushing if I can find some material.

Just did this today. I used a Dremel polishing bit...it works wonders really.

A lot more noise in the cabin but I like it.

Its only an issue if you don't like it! Theres definitely a lot more NVH, (noise, vibration, harshness) but I absolutely love it. If you want a car without vibration and noise, we have a nice neighbor selling his lexus! lol

But yeah, on a serious note, I was a little worried at first and emailed Chris @PERRINperformance to ask. He said its completely normal, especially if I put both bushings in!

nah its ok i have a new audi for luxury, i had a built weekend track monster so im well aware of vibration issues. Im more concerned with long drives and interior noise over a period of 3+hrs. I have already purchased the whiteline bushing just not the perrin mount.
