I bought my 6K HIDs from Meng Motorsports and have been very pleased with them. If you're local to the SF Bay Area, they'll even install for you.

Has anyone tried the HID reverse lights? Can't remember where I saw them, but I think the current reverse lights leave a lot to be desired and I would definitely like way brighter ones.

I put my reverse in the other day. Got Kit 3 for the FR-S from HID_Powerhouse. There's a drastic improvement. Much brighter which is what I wanted.

I will have to look into that. The ones I'm talking about though are actual HID, with ballasts and everything.

I don't really think there is the kind of space back there. Also you would have to consider modifying the housing, power and lens as well to make it work properly.

There is a kit developed , I saw one of the vendors post here . I'll try and find it

I was on here, then, I couldn't remember where I saw it. Yeah, it had small ballasts and bulbs made for the reverse lights.

HID_Powerhouse for everything so far, all of which went in without a hitch and work PERFECTLY.
