That's a lot of material taken off.
Might as well bring it to a wheel pro to inspect the integrity and see if they advise machining down the fourth one to match the set if it's safe. Quote:

Id say find a cheap set of rims and have the tires swapped over. And if you can possibly contact the person you bought the rims from and demand your money back. If you can...

Id contact the seller about not disclosing that concerning fact... the guy sold you a set that doesn't match. I probably have a ring I can ship to you but it doesnt look like you will be mounting those too soon.
