I just drove home in some super thick fog, and the stock HIDs were so bright that the fog reflections right in front of me were blinding me. I think adjusting the height any higher would have made it even worse. Believe it or not I switched over to the parking light LEDs instead and it was better. Dang, maybe I should have bought the fog lights after all.

It is my understanding that the '3' level adjustment most imitates the standard (normal) level. The lowest level only allows about 1 1/2 car lenghts of direct light.

A cop flashed me while I was driving in the freeway. He thought I had my high beams on because the HID light was so bright and so high. Luckily didnt get pulled over as I was also speeding -.-
