Ok. Good to know. Like I said they show 2 different pictures on GReddys website. Just a little nervous to take the bumper loose.

Only offered by Greddy with a dry filter. All greddy's numbers are with an oiled filter if you read the small print. I will try both and see which works best.

I will also see if the local dyno will help out. If not it will be the old butt dyno.

Speedmaster can you post some pics and give your impression of the install when you get it done today or tomorrow?

Wrong! Greddy has the connection to the sound tube.

The final product was changed the last minute

Install of these things is cake. Any first time mechanic can tackle it with a couple hours and some basic metric tools.

its not that big of a deal to take it out and replace the intake... also to swap the exhaust is cake ..... if u want we can knock out the exhaust here too ive worked on cars for over 15 years

New pics posted. NO I did not drill the intake. Just installed to show that you are able to connect the sound tube.

is it really better to remove the snorkel, when putting aftermarket intake? I'm waiting for my greddy intake too.. but I need to know if which one works better if delete the snorkel or not

The snorkel has to come out for the new air box. But you can retain the sound tube. Driving it without the sound tube it sounds great.
