I was only ever able to exceed the JR DROC cooling capacity with my stock power gen1 car when doing no-cooldown 30-minute sessions at Thunderhill West in 106ºF.
I'd say that was pretty damn good

I also wouldn't recommend doing 30-minute no-cooldown sessions in 100ºF+ weather for reasons other than engine cooling.
There are transmission, brakes, and tires — they will all not enjoy such abuse.

For anyone who NEEDS to use an oil cooler, removing that heat load from the cooling system is going to bump the cooling system's capacity. Which anyone who would be driving at that performance level would want to take advantage of.

If you run the return line from the oil to air cooler through the coolant sandwich plate, it can reduce thermal shock of reintroducing cold oil to the system. Also I believe the cooler is before the oil filter, and you want the oil to be as thin as possible when going through the filter to avoid pressure drop.
