Part of my criteria in buying a trailer was not having to deal with wood blocks, ect. I still have to take my splitter off but I don't think there is a way around that.

I use race ramps — well worth the cost! Takes me a couple mins to get the car on the trailer by myself. I fold down and push forward the passenger seat and then slide the ramps in from the trunk to store when going to events — my car is gutted behind the front seats, but a normal interior with back seats down that should work too. When at the event I slide them under the trailer to be out of the way.

Those are pretty much exactly what my trailer came with. It works pretty well but some Race Ramps would probably be better to go along with it.
