Yeah I had a hard time picking the 26 vs the 27 back when I got it. I have a SW40VE which are pretty similar in size to the full size Glocks. The light weight + the recoil caused accuracy issues during any initial firing, so I figured it would be even worse with the smaller frame. I've heard nothing but good things though from other owners.

I like the Kimber's full SS frame and slide and prefer the 45 round for self defense... and I've always been a fan of the 1911 style guns. The one drawback is smaller mags. Its a bit thinner though making it easier to wear in hot weather so far.

Edit: and +1 on the CCP - great investment.

One of the many times I think capitol punishment should still be used. Steal? Cut your hand off. Rape? Castration. Running fugitive? Chop half of the foot. And the only medical care you get after that is bandage wrap.

I agree 100%. Prisons filled to capacity? Problem solved; we're too lenient with the perps.
