So Ive tried pretty much everyones comments here,

The video doesn't show how sloppy it really is.
I ripped my interior apart and had a look at the rear bushing, which I couldn't get a close look at it, but its still sitting in there.

I;ll have to get it on a hoist next week and take another look. its basically un drivable, as I have to guess which gear to put it in - no feed back from the stick

At this stage im thinking its either the front shifter bushings as one did fall out,
I put it back in but maybe it fell out again when I wasn't looking. who knows

If its not that, then its gotta be these springs. but its so sloppy Its almost acting like there isn't a spring in there.

Bushing had come loose because it wasn't tightened up :\
