Obviously you can save them, but not sure you'll be able to reuse on pads not meant for such. BTW, also suggesting to visit DIY forum subsection on brake change or watch some vids on youtube, if you are going to change yourself. For example, i'd also think of cleaning some grime/dust from caliper, so that pad moves more freely, and relube slider pin guides during pad change.

I just did this last week and swapped my pads to the ferodo DS250 as well. I used this DIY to walk me thru it
