time for the honest part: probably not. the truth is that ANY modification to a vehicle negatively impacts resale. for many, including me, i tally up what it would cost to change the modified parts back to stock, and reduce that cost from the asking price to come up with an offer. for others, any modification is an indication of how the car was treated by the previous owner. more mods generally mean the car was used and abused more. whether it's true or not doesn't matter, but again, it affects the resale negatively. re-enable the sound resonator if you're selling. nearly worthless. new tires are a plus, but wheels are like selling used perfume, and detract from any cost benefit the new tires might have unless it's the exact style what a very specific buyer wants, which doesn't happen very often. you can't sell a car without taillights. again, they only benefit someone that wants them. otherwise, they serve more to hurt resale than help it. this of all things is absolutely worthless in every regard. it damages resale in the car, and has almost no worth on the secondary market, even as a separate item. receivers generally resell for around $50-150. speakers generally resell for $25-100. loaded subwoofer boxes resell for about 100-$300, amps generally won't sell for more than $100 for most models. tops, you're looking at getting back around $650 worth of that $2k in most situations. this is why i save all my oem parts, and never make a modification that can't be either returned back to stock, or hidden. modifying cars is generally not profitable. it's more typically emotional.

My pricing estimates are based on what I see on carguru and having nothing to do with the mods you did. Mods are worthless.

Thanks, for the record I improved the audio and the handling/looks for my own personal pleasure. I never intended to sell this car. I have all the OEM parts in my attic, but as of now I'm leaning towards keeping the car.
