Aren't you suppose to do this in late summer ... just before Fall/winter?

Yeah. It would be easier then.
But if you missed it, doesn't hurt to do it late. Plus if you have a garage it will help.

Finally got around to waxing the BRZ for winter.
Did a rinseless wash and applied a coat of wax.
Amazing how this car cleans up.

I was on a roll, so I cleaned the wheels & windows.
Then vacuumed.

It has been snow falling and my dry battery is fully down.

I was thinking to comment about the lousy OEM battery (mine died on me on a cold/frigid London Ontario morning).
Thank goodness for Subaru roadside assistance.
