Primary Open Loop. The main fueling table. It's actually just an enrichment table verses stoich AFR. If you look at the calculation of the table it is just a fuel adder, but it's standard to convert this to a target AFR value as it's easier to understand.

It was the right decision in the end, though. All the wild and controversial fuel trims stopped to occur. The final fuel trim now settles after a very short amount of time.
