Not exactly. Every year a car is being used, Registration ( a form of tax) and insurance has to be paid , so really it's never fully paid for , or in full.

The car is still paid for. The upkeep is a different matter.

1.What's a favorite mod that always puts a smile on your face?

I would have to say my exhaust set up. JDL catted headers, Tanabe catless/non-resonated FP, and Invidia Q300 catback. I love the amount of rumble and volume. It isn't too loud, but when hitting the gas it gives me a smile.

2.Which potential mods are the most satisfying?

Potential mod would have to be some sort of FI. Maybe a nice hood with vents/modest hood scoop.

3.What's your favorite thing about your car? Or anyone's car?

Favorite thing about my car is that it is my car. I am satisfied with how it drives. The mods that I put in it were all chosen to reflect my style as the owner.

Nameless Axleback, especially in tunnels or roads with walls on either side that reflect the sound back at me.

Love the handling and that I can take turns at higher speeds than normal cars because I know the car is capable.
