Mazdaspeed3. IIRC, with the car off, press the DSC button, start the car, and hold the button down for several seconds. You could also wire a switch for SWAS disable to have more fun in 1st and 2nd gears.

I think you can get a relatively recent Hyundai Accent without ABS/TC/SC. I've got an 08 without any of that silly stuff. Use it as my DD/winter beater. Only fwd though. Works ok in the snow with good tires.

Any fwd/awd fun car is going to have "brake vectoring" near impossible to turn off, the best defeat is swapping out the LSD so it mechanically "out-vectors" the computer. The 86/MX-5 are rare exceptions.

Expand your definition of "all the way off" if it'll let you spin out and have fun, who cares if it's still babysitting the diff or pulsing the ABS a bit? I'd be looking at Mazda for a practical car, if it's destined to be a temporary solution (3-5 years of shiny and new or cpo than trade it in) then Mini/BMW.

Doesn't matter, the family can still sue, doesn't mean they'll win but does mean the manufacturer has to spend money defending it. This kind of thing nearly killed (some folks will say did kill) the small aircraft market. Cessna stopped building 2 and 4 seaters in the early '80s because of law suits from families that lost members for things that were considered pilot error. It took a change in the law to limit liability before they started building them again and even with that the prices are astronomical compared to what you get, partially because of liability.

I think you read me wrong. I'm on your side of the argument, just saying there is no incentive for the manufacturers to allow you to fully disable it and lots of reasons for them not to, or to give you a placebo button that sort of does it.

Not something I track sorry, but there are lots of them on the road if you don't mind used!

You might try a focus RS, four door AWD and many settings. Like the BRZ fun to drive on the road and a the track.

Ford finally did an official recall for the gasket, took a year.
Not all were a problem and they were replacing those that failed but now all will be replaced.
My older son had ordered one and it was held by Ford for a month and a half with no explanation, he is still waiting to pick it up. My younger son got his last spring and tracked it during the summer with no problem.

By the way my younger son got better times with the focus but preferred to drive the BRZ.
