Ok got it figured out I was indeed selecting tunes from the wrong Calid all is well and working now thank you all for the help especially Steve99!
 moral of the story it was preloaded with tunes just not the tune for my ecu... |

It's preloaded with older tunes, problably only the 2012 - 2014 models. The tablet has limited space and that group of owners is the biggest.
