Pad choices will depend on what calipers you have for your BBK. I'm on 4pot AP Radicals and 2 pot AP (non radical rear) with Ferodo 2500. No problem with my ABS, more break dust than stock when driving aggressively and close to stock break dust when driving my daily route.
Sticking to one pad and not needing to swap for events saves time and is just so convenient.
