As you can see, the "squirrel-finder" pattern (the primary culprit of blinding oncoming motorists) is much tighter with my 2Strokes than the non-retrofitted HIDs.

If your HIDs currently aren't as bright as that OLM LED kit you linked, than they certainly aren't as bright as the 2Strokes.

my HID bulbs are 3400 lumen according to TRS, so def lower

I am 90% sure my car has stock LED headlights and I am very impressed with how bright they are. Although i dont know how bright brz hids are, I had 4300k hids on my 2006 acura tsx(although the car is 10 years old now of course) and the brz leds are easily brighter.

Also just though it would be cool to mention, the new led boomerang is extremely bright! The light in this photo here are just from the boomerang:
