If you want to be very safe, just stick with an OEM charger if you can.

Anker makes fantastic equipment. I don't care where they come from. I've used their extended batteries for my phone and they were fantastic. Now I used their car charger (the one I posted above) and it's fantastic. If the body isn't made of metal, it's some sort of creepy metal-like plastic. It weighs a LOT more than you expect it to. It is FANTASTICALLY put together with great tolerances. It looks and feels (and functions) more like something you'd pay $100 for from Samsung.

And the reviews for that unit speak for themselves. I didn't buy this on a whim. I did a lot of research before purchasing one, and my research led me to this one.
