Yup, wind noise. Video setup was "slap on gopro and hopefully orient the correct way."

~150 runs on my car so far and still on stock axles. Not even clicking yet. Pretty much all runs were on Pro-kits (1" drop), so we'll see if going to Sportlines is any harsher on them.

I'm assuming head work was done to accommodate 7900?

Also, guessing the burnout involved some combination of left foot on brake/clutch, then slip it off the brake? I need to practice that...

Bone stock motor never touched only a intake and tune with a complete exhaust on E85. It takes a little practice lol

13.5? NIce run. Turbo's and Superchargers are not needed if you tune your car properly and learn how to drive. Go simple with these cars and you may net surprising gains.

I put 34000 on my N/A motor a hard 34k but I did my maintenance religiously using the best products. I never had a issue the only thing on the engine I had to replace was coil pack 1 because the header cooked it.

Again, this is not how it works....

It's not like you drop your car X amount and the axle will immediately explode, nor will there be a "safe" rpm that every car on the board will run at and last forever. Just because he is running to 7900 doesn't mean your rocker arms will hold together for even 1 run at that RPM.

Saying 7900 is "safe" is like saying holding your car on rev limiter for 5 minutes is safe because your buddy did it.

More abuse = higher likelihood of failure.

I'd be very interested in seeing his dyno graph, power usually falls off pretty good up in that rev range.

Great runs though FRS Justin. You've got some of the best times i've seen for your mod list.

Don't patronize me. I know exactly what "safe" means to me.

Maybe next time you should ask for clarifications instead of making ASSumptions and distilling volumes of intent from a one sentence post.

Cheers.
