Well when I said originally, I meant the path I took for it, not buying it for drifting if you know what I mean. There are better cars out there for that specifically :p.

Aero is usually one of the last things people "tune" on their cars.
FBM Stage 1 turbo
Stock torsen LSD
Rear and front sways
-2.3 camber front -1 camber rears
KW3 coilovers dropped 1.5 hard suspension 2 clicks away from full
Volk te37 17x9 +36 offset squared

Wasp front splitter, aeroflow dynamics canards, aeroflow side skirts and rear diffuser.

To answer daemono's wholesale comment. It was actually the splitter first then the underpanels and sideskirts. I didn't notice too much oversteer with just the splitter so it seemed perfect for a/x; at this point didn't even need any other aero. But for drifting it felt as if I had a bit of understeer so I opt'd in getting the front canards.

Call me crazy, but I honestly like the torsen diff. I was thinking about getting a 2 way / 1.5 way to help kick out of a drift and connect to the next but wasn't really a big fan of clutch types.

Honestly, it doesn't sound like your handling issues are related to Aero. I definitely don't think canards would change your handling balance at lower speeds (under 70 mph ish). Instead, your issue may be with your suspension (and possibly even tire) setup. Disclaimer: I am far from any kind of expert and probably shouldn't even be commenting.

I am no expert either.

But from that response, I can tell a few things.
1. not enough rear camber. need to work on alignment. no mention of toe settings.
2. Stock KW spring rates are pretty low on lower end models, not sure on the kwv3
3. no mention of damper settings front or rear, probably too stiff.
4. no mention of tire. need to work on alignment/tire temps/pressure
5. a/x and drifting are two different setups.

Alignment and Tire setup/tuning goes a long way. You can certainly buy a wing and it will probably help. But it will just mask problems in the current setup.

Yeah, I'd be looking at alignment/suspension first...
