SOLVED -FT-86 SpeedFactory DISAPPOINT! - OEM Black MT Traction Control Buttons

I'm still failing to see the problem here.....the only difference is the "VSC Sport" wording vs the little picture for VSC, same functionality right?

I complain about stupid shit but holy fuck.....

EDIT: if you're going to complain about a vendor you should probably spell their name correctly in the title. A lot of these manufacturer/distributors have similar names and it could look like you are frustrated with a different vendor

I didn't mean to come across so harsh....it's been a shitty day and I probably shouldn't be responding on the forums on no sleep etc...

That said, I would definitely wait until FT86SF contacts you back. Like everyone has said their customer service has been great for me. With shipping outside of the country they may just sent a replacement out to you for free and tell you to keep the original one. I know the company i work for does this sometimes when it isn't worth processing a return for a smaller dollar value part. It might just take them a day or two to get the order setup.

Not trying to accuse you of making a mistake when ordering but you're 100% sure you ordered JDM when placing the order right? (Box had Japanese characters on it but not sure if they all do)

Antoher sending will cost me adding custom fees for Eur 27,90 ($30.47) without include sending to US. It's not a big trade for this QoS.

Ask now to Yuki in Japan to find it with parts no. , I will pay less , I need to wait only that Yuki will identify part no.

Because the part number(s) internally are mixed up on their end. You're supposed to get a JDM part but instead you got USDM.

That's all there is to it. You can wait a few days and get it resolved, or you can file chargeback within whatever time limit your payment company offers. Either way, you need to wait.

I tried to ship a container of grits to a friend in Romania because he had never had them and didn't even know what they were. UPS wanted $80 to ship it. FT-86SF at least gets corporate rates and bulk discounts.

My use of the word "question" was not about you asking a question nor does it require you to use a question mark.

But you can do whatever you want, the $30 shipping and handling charge is perfectly valid for OP's order.

Uhh yeah FT86speedfactory WILL charge restocking fees for returning items lol. I once ordered valenti tail lights but I accidentally ordered the sequential ones I called and they said "sure we can send you the none sequential taillight but you'll have to pay shipping and restocking fees." I LOL😆 at them I was like "nah bro thanks but no thanks I think I'll keep the sequential ones."

C'mon seriously though shipping out of states cost something not much but something than you gotta pay "restocking fee" lmao nuuuu wayyy. Till this day I don't even understand what that restocking fee for? Maybe fail to sell product penalty?
