I'm still waiting on some bank transfers to settle, then I'm gonna call in and settle-up! Super excited to get this thing installed!

So far the install is coming right along. The manual is clear and easy to follow. The outlet was clocked to the wrong direction and I lost time figuring out how to properly change it without damaging the impeller blades but once I found the right documents it was no big deal.
Put the plate w/ s/c on the car and notice the outlet orientation Fixed Be watchful of this. The kit shipped with a slightly longer bolt than the 45mm specified and is in contact with the oil filter. I'm picking up 40mm bolts for $1 each tonight and swapping them out on both pulleys. Cheap and easy to rectify just be aware of it. Mine might be the only one shipped this way. So far the quality and fit up of the parts is top notch. The 1 long bolt is my only issue. Good job @KraftWerks & @gmsii . I'll continue with the oil cooler and the intercooler tonight.

So I finished the install last night. The oil cooler reservoir was a bitch due to the instruction sequence. I'll point this out to Kraftwerks. The brake lines need to be released from the car to get at this bolt in the picture. I think I had to release the brake line from 4 clips to get it to move enough to install the bracket.
The instructions direct you to install the oil reservoir and then move to the oil cooler then the oil filter and then run the hoses. I would highly suggest that you install the fittings and hoses onto the oil reservoir and then bolt it to the bracket. If you install in the sequence in the instructions you will end up removing the oil reservoir to install the hoses. If you do it the way I suggest just make sure you are lining things up so you don't have to pull on the hose and move the fittings which may loosen them. To install the Oil Cooler you will need to drop all the splash guards and the heavy plastic bottom piece to install the cooler to the A/C condenser. Routing of the hoses for the oil cooler on the drivers side is best to tuck behind the washer reservoir neck like this Intercooler and piping is a breeze. Here's the routing. When finishing up with the bypass valve install the small vacuum line to it before you install the valve. Here is the routing I chose for this line and where I placed the T into the brake booster line. Kind of hard to see the small black hose. I'll try and get better pictures if anyone needs them. Headlights back on the car. It all fit!

How hard was the install? How long does it takes you? Were you alone?
Exept the bolt lenght, did you get any issue during the install? Did you start the car? how does it pulls ? |

This is a very easy install. I did it by myself and it took me 2 nights, or 8 hours total. It would have taken much less time if I didn't have to research how to change the outlet position of the Rotrex and if the Oil Reservoir / Cooler instructions were better. I would think that now that I've done one I could do it in about 5 hours start to finish.
I probably wont start the car till tomorrow. I didn't get a tune from KW and will be limping it to @Drift-Office on Saturday and dropping it with him for the week.

I won't put the windshield washer bottle cause I don't even use my wiper's. Do you think i should be able to put the oilcooler of the rotrex where the washer bottle is supposed to go? I will certainly modified my bumper so there is enought air to it down.
