Forgot to update the thread last week. Added Perrin CAI and Silicone Inlet Tube as well as a Nameless Exhaust w/ the Overpipe/Downpipe. Sound and response is phenomenal. Definitely added some HP.

For some odd reason we can't vote. I would say matte orange. Just make sure the vinyl doesn't fade or change color over time. One of our customers wrapped his 370z matte orange and it changed color after a few months. Almost to yellow.

So I'm finally going to remedy the ugly chrome tail light problem. I took the tails to a body shop and they are shooting them with a tinted automotive clear coat. I've done the VHT thing before and after about a year the color really faded and looked like garbage and the vinyl option seems like a temporary solution for a lot of money so I figured I would give this a try. The body shop is doing them for $55 per light. I'll post up the results this evening.

Did you VHT the inside or outside of the lights? Baking and putting it on the inside is the way to go.

On my Mazda 6 I did the outside with NiteShades and then lots of clear over the top. The car wasn't garaged and after a year the nice smoke color turned to a faded brown and the clear started cracking. I figure going with PPG paint applied by a body shop I should get the same longevity as the paint on the car. BTW you can't bake the tails on this car. They are fusion welded shut so if you want to do the inside you need to cut them open and silicone back together and hope for the best. The results look good when the trunk is closed but when open you can see the cut line.
