I really wouldn't change the price but the cost of the rivets, since I don't pay myself to put them together and it would still cost the same to build and ship. It likely won't make it to reality. Shoot me a pm

Likewise... ^
I had a guy here in NC willing to sell his current exhaust for a different one if the diffuser didn't fit... Haha

My laser place does some massive gov't contract stuff, so while I get access to the absolute best manufacturing technology, I'm not always on priority.

Some plastic paneling comes thinner in spots on occasion. Maybe change the hole you're using or make your own. Loctite should fix it, maybe some epoxy or gorilla glue if that doesn't work.

Loctite or epoxy for gluing screws or making sure screws and nuts themselves don't come loose, but there's a glue called "Amazing Goop" that is similar to Shoe Goo that you can use to glue the diffuser to the plastic parts that holds better than epoxy but still has some rubbery give to it. Once something is glued with GOOP, it the bond Cannot be broken, it holds better than epoxy. Another plus is if you want to undo GOOP, a little toluene on a q-tip dissolves it immediately. |
