Basically the issue was in not having instructions, I actually have to replace a part that I shouldn't have cut, but the issue we ran into had to do with how the pump seated in the pump housing...it's hard to explain without pictures. @Visconti has the instruction and can better explain what i had to fix to be honest. Just remember that on the fuel pump nipple you put the white spacer on first then two orings (dont forget to lube them up with the supplied silicone). Also the supplied filter sock thingy is not necessary so you can leave it out, wish i knew this before i cut the bucket to make it fit.

Next time you're in there snap some pics. If you can. I'm sure you're not thinking about the forum when you're covered in fuel etc...

Yeah, I do have to replace the bucket in there so it is likely that i will be back in there and I will take detailed pics of what I did.

Right now though I'm trying to get my mind right for this car show this weekend...so much cleaning, not enough time! Yeah I know, car is for performance, but it doesn't hurt if i take some awards for showing it off too

At the moment it's parked outside Intel Fab32. As far as modifications and power figures...well I just slapped some Wilwood brakes for some stopping power, but haven't pushed the power yet. I'm currently working on scratching together the cash to repaint the car and am waiting for a few other bits and pieces to show up.

As for painting the engine pieces, I just used some Rust Oleum plastic paint.

Just wanted to give a shout out to @P&L Motorsports in regards to their kit. I've been running this bad boy for about 7,000 miles so far, pushing it hard every day, driving every day... trips anywhere from 1 to 400 miles... this kit has given me NO ISSUES. This build has survived front collision damage with only ONE pipe being bent just a tiny bit. That itself is proof that this sh*t don't quit!

I can see why you guys stand by your work - it really does show! BRAVO!

Yeah I'm in the same boat 10k miles and counting on boost, think I'm finally gonna turn up the boost to get some real power, getting bored with only "260" WHP.

I always recommend P&L when people ask about it!

Question for p&l:

Your development car is an automatic like mine. Have you planned on or completed an upgrades to the stock tranny to compensate or improve its power holding abilities? Fluids, converter, coolers... Etc.

I'm trying to gauge how everyone is trying to build longevity into their beasts because I plan on keeping mine until the wheels fall off.

You can ask it to Dynosty as their development car is also an Auto.
