Good, you wanna bring some ammunition with you otherwise they won't take you seriously. Bring photos/videos of whatever you want them to look at. Because apparently just telling them you have an issue isn't enough. My guess is that they're either lazy, or just trying anything and everything to get out if fixing a known issue. At least that's the case with my dealer. What a joke.

Try being a little more aggressive with them. Don't be rude just be assertive. It shouldn't take 8 weeks for replacement tail lights to arrive, even though they are special order. That's just ridiculous. Are you sure they even ordered them, or are they just pulling your leg?

Ya it is ridiculous. I've called the service manager 3-4 times and emailed my contact at the dealership numerous times. At this point I'm just patiently waiting and crying a little every time I see the puddle in my tail lamp.

I finally got both of mine replaced after well over a month with them on back order. My dealer said other dealers were calling them like crazy when they saw they had one in while they waited for the other.

I had condensation in my right tail light, took it to the dealership here in Houston and they ordered one right away. They called me today that it came in (took a week) and when they came to tell me that it was ready they also told me that they went ahead and ordered my left tail light to replace it and ordered me a new fuel injector to stop the "chirping/cricket" noise. (I didn't even mention the noise, nor did I notice the other tail light having condensation?!)

So luckily I am having good service without arguements with my dealership. The only problem I'm having is the speaker issue. They are rattling but the service guy told me that's just how they are. (He has an FR-S himself)

Was greeted with this after work today:

Looks like I am heading to the dealership tomorrow. Might as well have them order the fuel pump parts too.

The inside of the door has a lot of stuff that rattles which causes the "speaker issue" you are talking about. Dynamat (or any other acoustical dampener) works WONDERS!!! Seriously, it's like a whole new stereo once you tighten everything up in there.

Saw condensation after 6500mi.

Now I'm debating whether to have them replaced, or cut them open and paint them.

I've noticed some condensation on mine last time I washed it, but it went away quickly.
I'll definitly take her in if it gets worst.

Hint: When I open headlights I usually throw in between the reflector and the housing a packet of silica gel, not sure if it helps but I never had fog in them since. I might try that since it's easy and free to do...sounds like they can't the new replacements to be sealed anyway.
