Maybe it's a filter... I'm not sure.
Any clue where this goes?

If it is a check valve, it will be between the PCV valve and the crankcase with the flow from PCV to crankcase.

I have no clue what it's for. The instructions don't even mention it.

The check valve is included to use if you see fit. We have yet to see an actual need for this but the demand and requests were there for the added piece of mind so we wanted to just included it with the kits.

This goes in the hose that connects from the manifold to the block. It stops air pressure from going into the block as it only goes one way. There is technically a check valve already in place from the Factory but again, the demand and requests were there so we wanted to make sure we had it included.

Its normal... i have mine vented into the atmosphere so its really noticeable. i ran a 1" hose from the bypass valve to under the car so its loud outside but not as noticeable under the hood like a previous customer, riding down the road you would constantly hear the venting, so i added the hose

Just about finished with the install!!!
I've put a lot of time and effort into making everything look as clean as possible. All couplers, clamps, vacuum lines etc. are tucked away, and all of the hose clamps are rotated to expose the smooth side while still being accessible to tighten/loosen.

I also mounted the oil reservoir where the windshield washer bottle would normally be. I took my time and mocked it all up to insure everything cleared. Checking the oil level is still relatively easy. All I have to do is unplug the headlight bulb harness from the headlight and I have full access to the filler cap. I'll have to use a long funnel to refill for maintenance in 2 years, but I'll manage.
This allows the lines to be very short and makes for an extremely clean looking install.
Once the front end is re-assembled the only part of the oiling system you'll see is the filter... but you really have to look for it.
Well worth the extra time and effort.

Now I'm just waiting on my base tune from @moto-mike so I can prime the oil system and take her out for a drive!

This looks realllly nice! I can definitely see the extra effort you put into it, cause mine doesn't look nearly that clean haha.

Mike is a great tuner and he'll have your car running like it's supposed to in no time!

Congrats man!
