So, am I supposed to get both the CEL and slip light on? Or, can it just be the CEL?

I was at a light earlier and the car started idling really rough and it was shaking. The CEL start blinking, light turned green, got into first gear to start going, and the CEL went off.

When I got home I let the car idle, and it did the exact same thing as earlier.

Thoughts?

~ 2300 miles, late July build date.

Sounds like the issue...suspect the CEL is going to come back on and stay on. Is this the first idle issue in 2300 miles or has it had idle dips before??

It had dips before, but the shaking and roughness were never this "violent".

bought mine may 29...

engine stalled out for no reason and also CEL is on and has random rpm drops at idle also lights start to become dim for a second or two then bounce back during rpm drops.

While that may be true, some of these later entries have a lot of miles on them. We need to enforce the policy of "Give us all the info as requested on the first page"

I want to see VIN numbers, etc.
