How did you melt a vacuum hose? Did something fail, or was it poor installation?

Even if data logging was on and lets say it went BOOM at 20 psi it still does not necessarily mean the limits of the motor have been found. One thing is to break being tuned for those conditions and another is breaking because the motor went way off tuning conditions.

Correct, but if multiple parameters were being logged we can have a bit of idea of what happened. For example, a massively lean condition at your example 20 psi could be thought of differently than could an only slightly lean condition at 20psi. We don't really know how useful the data will be until we can see it, assuming it exists.

Let me be clear it wasnt the tune or the hardware. The car drove great after the tune. The car was fine until the line melted. If the line wouldnt have melted it wouldnt have over boosted and popped.

We have a full longblock on the way. Once its back in there it will go back to get tuned at the same boost levels on E85 ect.

yes there was. There was issues with the fuel pump that we ran into after ~350whp...We ran a direct power source to it on the dyno to finish the tuning that night. The first things on our agenda the following day were braided AN wastegate lines and new wiring for the pump to support past 350whp...

no idea...The car would start to lean out after 350whp and 6000 with the OEM fuel pump wiring. That was at about 13-14psi..

This is frightening! Why is the wiring not working? Is anyone else changing the wiring?
