Just realized after reading the rules a bit more thoroughly that my Crawford AOS and Grimmspeed MCB aren't legal for STX. Pulling them off now.

Normally, the answer to that would be a resounding "yes". However, since the San Diego Tour is scheduled on Easter weekend, I'm not sure I can justify ditching my kids & family to go racing It's too bad too, I LOVE running that event & have had good success there in the past. I haven't completely ruled it out just yet, I think my co-driver is thinking about taking the car down so I may still make it. FOR SURE we will be at El Toro for the Pro, then the plan is possibly Spring Nationals in Lincoln, then Packwood in July, & of course Nationals. Assuming SoCal puts on a Divisional this year, we would be there for that as well.

On a side note regarding the San Diego Tour, anyone notice a certain 67 Camaro signed up for STX? For those that don't know, here is the build blog for one of the most talked about STX cars for the past couple of years. On paper it's tough to imagine a heavy muscle-car with archaic suspension keeping up with more modern cars, but if anyone can make it happen it would be Jason. He won the STS (STC) National Championship against the mighty EF Civics in 2006 in a Nissan 240SX, when eveyone said it couldn't be done.

Does anyone know what can be used for rear camber adjustment that is also legal for STX?

Sorry if it's already been asked.

I've been aware of that build. Hoping to give him a "run" for his money. I'm still a rookie, so my odds may not be that good.

Oh yeah, there was a 2012 Ford Mustang GT that beat me by less than a tenth of a sec at the last local event.

How is that done on the tune? This business of shutting power off completely is ridiculous.

I'm abt ready to get it tuned & need this on mine. We were on a course yesterday where I had to go to 3rd 3x, and once 4x (for really short periods)--which between milquetoast power & time to up/downshift--lost the 3 Twins that were out there a good amt of time.

How is the Crawford illegal? I have it installed in stock class, I couldn't find anything illegal about it. The operation of it is the same as the stock PVC system, one of the only one that does.

I questioned the mounting and tieing together the braces, I only used one bolt to attach it. I added some double sided cushioning to keep it from rattling.

I'm assuming it has to do with the increased red line
