I also started this project for @4azcats stock header no heat shields with the cat punched out. This along with the minor exhaust changes should be interesting. It should also be interesting to get him to do said mods. …….

Well, I'm going to start calling you guys "The Mod Squad". After reading the following posts you'll have to do a hard "CEL" on me to modify the exhaust-don't want a CEL!

You'll be happy to know I did order the shifter bushing set as well as the sharkfin antenna, so I'm taking baby steps.

It's not even so much the cell being on that is the problem. The system can get stuck in a rich condition like 12.5:1-13.5:1 while in closed loop and mpgs start to plummet. If you have EcuTek though it's easy peezy to remedy.

Alright got home and it turns out I have 2 new HID bulbs problem solved.
Tomorrow I will get those LCA's in (thank you Bonk), fix an exhaust gasket leak and work on buffing more.

Can any OFT gurus chime in on my log? Its been about 2 weeks since I flashed v1.55 stage 1 and the car feels great but my mpg avg has dropped significantly, leading me to believe the tune could be excessively rich. I definitely tend to drive in a more exuberant manner then before the OFT, so this could also be the reason...Also, I've read that on 91 oct it is normal for the adv multiplier to fluctuate but 0.59 seems really low...Basically does everything look OK and do I have anything to worry about? Only engine mods are perrin inlet tube and perrin drop-in filter.
