No I don't understand the comparison either, at the first corner the Mustang would be history and that's just the start of the points it fails to compare on.

With this current power and your average 5.0 they are dead even in peak power to weight. Also the current Mustang GT is the 5.0. They are the same. And who said anything about corners?

Was a car I tuned on saturday. 6266 Turbo. Made a touch over 600 on the stock engine through the factory auto.

Let's get our cars to 400 hp Don, my stock tires haven't broken a sweat yet. Although they squeal from 2nd to 3rd now... I couldn't do that before.

On the site I looked at the 2012 GT Mustang had 420bhp The Boss had 444bhp and they weighed 3800Ibs = 9.0Ibs/bhp and 8.6Ibs/bhp

The GT 86 had a baseline of about 160bhp at the wheels from 200bhp at the flywheel and weighs 2776Ibs = 13.9Ibs/bhp

The GT 86 turbo had 280bhp at the wheels. 280 x 1.25 = 350bhp at the flywheel = 7.9Ibs/bhp

I'm impressed by the Mustangs performance. Especially the way the 302's been developed.

So don u said that the disco was capable of 350hp, u also said 280whp was not ur highest u pushed out of it. Did u run out of turbo to keep pushing it higher? With a bigger turbo is there more to gain..?
