too lazy to use my camera because the car isn't at 100% yet so for now here are small cellphone/instagram (@comrad) updates.

wing paint matched and on, front end shaved and repainted with real paint (not suabru fingerprint) big thanks to Vilar Autobody.

made a splitter and canards for the side skirts out of sheet aluminum.

all done and on the car, no that isn't the ride height it is actually at...

brembos done, time to slap them on.

fixing my toe issues...you can see the canard on the side skirt here.

me and my buddy's s2k

i'll get real photos once it all done, for now this will do.

I didn't think you could make me fall in love with your car any more than you already did, but you proved me wrong... again. -__-

I'm loving what you did with the splitter. How'd you make it exactly? I really hope speedbumps and parking curbs play nice with it!

And I want to ask how you did the shaving for the emblem. I think I'm going to want to do the same thing with mine now too... I'm guessing you'll have pics on that soon though. I hope WRB is easily paint matched though, never really repainted any cars before this!

Can't wait for more pics!

haha thanks man! i'm really just doing what i like, glad others like it.

well my friend's father is really popular in the S2000 community and he makes them out of sheet metal himself. so me and my buddy got together and made this. it started with a huge square sheet, i put my lip on it. drew up a design, cut it, filed, sanded, bent and prepped it. then primer, truck bedding paint and then door trim molding for the lip edge.

as for speed bumps and etc, i'm not that low. i can still clear all the shitty roads and i ALWAYS go diagonally across steep ramps and other stuff. this car is actually much easier to drive low around here than my sti because its so much smaller.

as for the paint, well that wasn't me. that was all done by Vilar Autobody, they did an amazing job. the entire bumper was resprayed. i wouldn't do body work myself like this. its just too much.
