2014 Subaru BRZ may get turbocharged
I think with it's DFI and twin scroll, the engine should make an easy 300 stock.

Even if I could suspend disbelief for a second I just don't see this mythical BRZ "turbo" coming out as a 2014 model year car. The current BRZ is already a 2013 model year vehicle which would mean Subaru would need to reveal the "turbo" this auto show season.
Granted Subaru does have a history of showing STi production models at the New York auto show which ends the season and is right before summer when Subie could concievably put the turbo on sale as a 2014, but I would think they would like to hold that bomb shell for their home turf and the Tokyo auto show at the end of 2013. A Tokyo reveal would push the car into a 2014 calendar year production and probably a 2015 model year designation.

I bet that's the engine for the redesign WRX, not for the BRZ
