$100 Million means I don't have to get rid of anything....

I would gain a couple acres and a fully equipped, climate controlled shop and storage for cars, lots of cars.

FD RX-7 Spirit R or RZ.
WRX STI 22B
Porsche 911 GT3 or Cayman GT4 or both.

Goes to show how good a car it is when money doesn’t come into it, well IMO anyway. What are your thoughts?
I wish you added a poll for this question....

for me hands down an astounding yes. Nothing out there like it. The closest thing I could think of is the Mazda MX-5 and Alpine A110. I think for me personally it is better than both those cars.

$100,000,000 you say.

I would leave it parked out the front of this dealer after picking this up.

I would keep it and play, I cannot help myself when it comes to modifying cars.

I have modified every car, motorbike and truck I have ever owned.

I call it therapy, my Mrs calls it pissing money away, LOL.

Could always get a dealer license and nice shop. Make and sell modded cars and who cares if you loose money make it up by having a cheap reality TV show.

In hindsight the poll would’ve been a good idea, I wasn’t sure if the thread would catch on to be honest and created it around the time of getting a lottery ticket. Spur of the moment type of thing. Glad it’s generated some mild amusement, always fun to dream.

PS glad you’d keep the BRZ and agree about the Miata/MX-5. Yeah, I don’t know much about the Alpine A110. At least we can drive the BRZ without having to win the lottery, one of its greatest assets.

I don't gamble, but when I did get a lotto or lottery ticket for a birthday or Xmas the most I ever won was a couple of hundred dollar, most wins though wouldn't have covered the cost of the ticket.

So yes, I have won the lottery.

Yeah true I guess. I think I won around $90 once so bought slab of beer and had some change, I only buy a ticket on the big draws.

When you have lots and lots of money, you buy what you want to buy. You even care less of what others think of you, you're actually in a position where you want to hide your wealth rather than flaunt it. You're already secure in knowing you're super rich and practically everyone around knows that already and you're likely irritated by people asking financial favors of you. So by that stage you buy what you really want. You're only looking at function, even more so than ever, and not aiming to please anyone but yourself.

For myself personally, I want a car that's reliable (yeah money is no issue but I don't like it when even my 20$ watch is not reliable), not too fast that I can't use the power on public roads, manual transmission, gear ratios very short so I can actually enjoy that MT, limited slip RWD, lightweight so I can feel the car's handling, good feedback from the steering, and relatively new with modern amenities.

The list goes on but I'm just trying to make clear what I'm getting at.

The Alpine, does not have MT nor limited slip diff for instance, The Porsche 911 GT3 is excellent but does not replace the BRZ, it's much faster (not necessarily a positive on public roads), not as inconspicuous, and light weight but still not as light as a BRZ. It's not better or worst just does not function the same way, not even close.

If money is not limit, than I'd like to have a BRZ in my garage next to even a 911 GT3 or Pagani. Why not? and no those cars do not overshadow the BRZ, the BRZ does its thing and it is unique.

By the way, I owned a Porsche previously, as many on here did, and I am looking at buying a Corvette very seriously, none of this makes me think these cars replace the BRZ. I just can't afford them all.

Sorry for the bad type up rushed on time ..
