This is what I get around town with 91.... with the 70 mm though. And yes Bill just re-tuned it and all is running as it should. 30 mpg on the highway.

After some tuning with Bill @Delicious Tuning on a maha dyno (which reads incredibly low, but the % increase is what is important):

Stock FR-S/BRZ: 124 whp
My old 91 octane map (8.5 psi): 162 whp (31% increase)

My new 91 octane map (11.5 psi pulley): 179 whp (44% increase over stock)
My new 91 + Torco map (11.5 psi): 193 whp (56% increase over stock)

These were 20 sec pulls as he wanted to make sure things were safe even with lots of load/heat, for track use.

Completely ditching the water/meth system. I am starting to hate filling it up every session.... Going for intercooler instead.

I'll hit up a Dynojet soon.

91 octane

32 Oz (1 bottle) of Torco Accelerator

Wow, congrats. I dynoed on a Maha as well here in Phoenix for our dyno day with Toni from FA20Club. My 91octane mpg was around 25 but I didnt run the car long enough on e10 due to me not feeling safe on it. E85 it made 230whp with the hood closed and made around 239-240whp with it open on the stock pulley, greddy axle back and e85. I sit at around 22mpg now on corn daily driving which is all in town miles. Not bad IMO since I tend to lead foot it at times zipping around town.

Why is it corrected to only 239hp if the baseline was also only 124hp (124/200)? I guess there is presumed higher parasitic losses on the rollers due to significantly weaker stock motor.

Ya forget looking at corrected power. It is trying to give you crank horsepower.

Wheel horsepower (blue) is what you want to pay attention to. A stock 86 on this dyno reads around 125 whp.

Cool thx. Just making sure I wasn't missing something there. In theory then you should be doing quite a bit better than the supposed correction factor. I have to say Bill is right up there at the top of my tuning list when the time comes. Looks good.

Good to have your feedback about running injection as well. I was wondering how long it would be before people got tired of it.

Essentially. Contains MMT a knock resistant chemical. Bill has tuned quite a few vehicles with it. Just allows more timing advance (3 deg).
