if you unbolt the bottoms you will change the alignment for sure...any camber changes change toe too.

I got them rotated and the car aligned. Everything is running smooth. The car is a little less harsh but still a little bouncy. I'm on pretty bad pavement up here in Ohio though. Still a lot of noise more so from the rear struts now.
