Hey Paul, what happens if I get a newer ROM after emailing you the version I'm using. Do I contact you with the newer version ?

I'm about to pull the trigger on sending a down payment- I want my turbo by march, don't think I'd want to wait til June for the third shipment.

My question for AVO is- When is the rest of the payment due? And is this $3800 shipped? or what the shipping charges?

The rest of the payment is due when the kit ships. Shipping charges will be between $40-80 depending on where you are in the continental United States or Canada, more outside of the continent.

In regards to ROMS - our ROM file(s) would be separate from any ROM files you have currently.

If we put down a deposit, is it a huge deal to cancel our order? Given the lengthy waiting list I'd assume it'd just go to the next person on the list. I ask because I have a FR-S on order and am almost certain that I'm buying it, but on the off hand chance I change my mind I'd rather not end up with a turbo kit for a car I don't own.

But on the other hand ... don't want to wait for a turbo haha

It's won't be a huge deal to cancel the order, we do understand that sometimes circumstances are out of people's control.

Curious about pricing here compared to the US?
The US kit is US$3800 which relates to AU$3646 currently, yet the price here is AU$4180 which is an extra AU$534.
Is that because the MRT Ecutek monopoly charges double the price in Oz?

Sierra that's actually the price for no ecutek tune, just the hardware. With tune it comes to just over $5k aud, with air filter, BOV etc extra.

We have no plans to change the design just to run an external wastegate - at the current and even future planned for boost levels, an external wastegate is unnecessary. If you must really have one, then weld up exhaust housing and have one plumbed in.
