Hate to say this but our auto is more durable cuz it's a "Genuine" Toyota & Toyota developed part.

Oh don't believe him anyway he is just a troll! In two days he will be telling us the car isn't powerful enough, the MT sucks and his battery is dead from running his under lights (all the thread topics in one sentence) and he is trading for a "Stang.

Although our car is slow, it certainly is fun-and of course just fine for commuting.

Just sucks when your average run of the mill camry(or minivan/truck/18 wheeler/tractor/scooter/kid on bicycle) is faster than us.
There is no average run of the mill camry or mini van faster than a twin...This is just absolute BS.

Our car is NOT slow. It's not particularly fast, but it's not slow either. A couple of hundred dollars and some corn juice and it's not slow at all.

Several thousand dollars and FI and it's faster than most things on the street..

Hahaha maybe, cuz the last time I was at edmonton I was so amazed at how flat that place is........

Hope he finds some good winding roads or a mustang might find it's way to his garage very fast. The struggle is real when you have a twin & live on a flat plain.

haha, this car is slow. The standard v6 camry would mop the floor with a twin. No not in the corners, but anything in a straight line longer than 15 feet.

A tune and e85 still nets us a 14 second car.

Several grand with FI still nets you less than 300whp and 250tq. Yes, there are guys with 600hp blah blah blah but go into the FI area and check out the base kits-ALL of them over $3k, and many of them are under 300whp. That sucks.

Camry with a V6 starts at $33,900. A twin starts at $26,670. That's a $7,200 price difference (roughly) so, with 7k in parts, I doubt that Camry would beat a twin, especially since all these "base turbo kits" will still have the twin at 300hp 250tq vs the camry's 268hp and however many torques.

Even if the Camry did, it's still a fuckin Camry. Other than the Corolla, it's about the most soulless car in existence.

This reminds me of the time when I went out for food and the cashier at the counter remarked how she liked my car. She asked me how much I bought it for and the look on her face when I told her the sticker price was great.

It's like she was hoping it'd cost more, as she kind of stopped flirting with me after that.

now its a money thing? No one talked about price...Plus, for every twin(and theres a crapload) theres probably 5 camry's lol. Plus, a base turbo'd twin is like 250whp at 5k rpms and jumps up to 300 by 7k. Whoohoo lol. Too bad 3-5k was 140-180whp.

Bottom line, our car is slow. Yes it sucks. Yes it can be fixed(rather expensively I might add...)

Its okay, we're all on the same (slow) team.

Truth haha.

But really, I'm messing with you guys, omg. Our car can be quick, but it takes some money to get there, thats all!

The average camry is 178 hp and weighs 700-800 lbs more than the twins.

Even the 268 hp isn't going to outrun an E85 twin which is about 200 whp the v6 camry at best is 233 whp and that ain't gonna move an 800 lb heavier car faster.
