I was particularly stunned when people bought into the Hummer H2 and H3 mystique.
Not any commonality what so ever and overtly obvious about it. Live axle pumpkins hanging out in the field of fire and all. Dur! Got me a militant dessert powerhog! WOOO! Bang! Bang! Yeah! Paid thousands extra an buyed a TRD!

I never understood the hype on Hummers, taking inspiration off a military grade vehicle sounds great in concept, but horrible in application. Same goes when a civilian tells me X product is "Military Grade", then I know is certainly crap. I absolutely hated driving on the HMMWV, not only because they are the equivalent of being inside the SS Challenger as it was coming down the atmosphere while driving at the top speed of 50MPH, to which driving at such speed, the engine screaming sounds like the gates of hell just opened below your feet. They absolutely suck on asphalt surfaces. Can't tell you how many vehicle recoveries I had to be a part of whenever he had to drive 1, 2, or 8 hour convoys. |

That said, in these weird times there is no telling but last time I drove by their facility (last weekend) it was far from a ghost town.

That happens two or three times a week for 5 months at a time here. It is the best.

Probably another thread, but the rest of this forum frightens and confuses me. So much for the 400+ hp current gen WRX STI:
