For me, it's more that their OBD connector costs twice as much as one from Amazon =/

Cool! did the ipod connector work? If not - you'll need to swap those pins around (#13 and #14)

mine also has gray and blue wire and swapping the wire solved my iPod problem, the one that you have is the correct pin position.

does anyone one know how to change the default music app (from default home screen) for Mirco SD, USB and iPod, the little complain i have is the build in default music player doesn't support "playlist", and iPod doesn't show album art and also confirm with Ca-Fi that bluetooth module doesn't support mp3 tag too, i'm little surprise....

For those asking, 3rd party OBD adapters do work. I have one of the super mini bluetooth ELM 327 thingies from Amazon, it works fine. I recommend it in fact. I have one of the full size ones (like Ca-fi sells), but I think it protrudes too much (due to the OBD port location on the FRS) and there is a danger of hitting it with your leg and maybe damaging it. With the mini one you can't even tell its there unless you stick your head under the dash.

My Dashlinq4 arrived today and I installed it this evening.

Navigation is something I haven't tinkered with yet. But downloading one of these apps and using it as my Navi, wouldn't that just be using my phone hotspot, and therefore more data, instead of the GPS antenna?

Would be interested in this, as well as alternatives to the radio app. mine seemed to jump channels on its own on the way to work this morning, not sure what's up with that. I'll play around with it more tonight.

Use Sygic maps and nav from the playstore if you don't want to use data. There are some other paid options as well.

How long did they take to ship for you guys? I still haven't gotten a shipping notification. I know their site says up to 2 weeks before it even goes out, but it seems like you guys are getting it faster than that.

Does it have auto switching to rearview camera when you put it in reverse?

Does it have any optical or digital audio outputs?

Oh hey, I just realized I never got an answer to this question - how does the unit work with your phone? Can you accept calls over bluetooth easily?

Also interested in this. One thing the bespoke has going for it is Bluetooth -solid performance, solid connection, graceful auto pausing/resuming of all media when a call comes in.
