@FiRStsc10n thanks a lot, I really appritiate the concern and advise. My brother is a massage therapist so I might have to guilt him into massaging my neck. Luckily my neck doesn't hurt much at all anymore, and the doctor said exedrin for my head if I feel it necessary and ibuprofen or aleve for aches.

Ouch, that sucks. Doesn't look too un-repairable. Good luck with the UIM. Sadly each state is different so it's hard to figure out what'll happen with what you get screwed with.

You could always sue the moron in small claims court on whatever you have to pay out of pocket

I'm feeling a lot better, my backs a bit sore still and I get really bad headaches really easily. Otherwise I'm not bad.

I'm not sure, my dads been in contact with them for me and he hasn't said anything yet so I dunno what's goin on. Just that I've missed work and I've been stuck at home and bored senseless.
