This was enough for me to say no to 3" with my header:
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrR42x_MVIs"]JDL UEL catless header + Nameless Full 3" Headerback Exhaust - YouTube[/ame] The guy ended up selling it because it was way too loud and raspy even with two resonators along the front and mid pipes. I know another guy locally with the same header who sold his Perrin 3" resonated catback a week after installing it because it was too loud. Leave 3" for the turbo guys. |

2.5 and 450+ here. FullBlown made 387+ on a completely stock exhaust.

Exhaust looks great.
In for the sound clip and hearing your impressions of the splitter after the next track day. |

It sounds great. How loud is it (a bit tough to tell from the video)?

I'm fairly certain it's not over 98db at 50 feet, which is what it needs to stay under to run at AMP. |

You going to be at Barber February 27th? I can't remember. I just last night got approved to be an instructor under the guidance of another instructor. Time to buy a Chatterbox.

Love the build!
I'd block off part of your radiator during cold/street driving. Cylinder wear increases exponentially with lower temps. That's why it's best to get the engine up to temp by driving with low throttle and low rpms vs idling up to temp. The lower temp thermostat thing is a relic of the old muscle cars. Modern cars run much higher temp thermostats because we can effectively control the heat, and combustion is more efficient at higher temps. |

It's a bit archaic (cardboard + spray paint + zip ties) but it's effective and takes all of a minute to install and remove. |
