With the Cayman you can get an S or GTS not just the base model. For a company that built a car with such great dynamics I don't understand why the only upgrades they offer are ornamental?

Thanks for the post, but I'm chalking this one up as some hopeful writing an article. I don't doubt that they are testing various configurations of 86s, BUT they are NOT going to put an EJ in a twin. Heck, the fa20dit in the s4 WRX puts down better numbers than the current EJ.

The only way AWD will happen without a hybrid setup is if they relocate the engine significantly upward and forward to accommodate the front axles. At which time, you basically end up with a coupe body on an Impreza, which is pointless. Goodbye CG height and weight distribution. Quote:
This article fails on so many levels.

It may not be that far fetched, when you consider the patent leaks of the Subaru Viziv. http://www.autoweek.nl/nieuws/29782/...j-patentbureau

ft86club isn't what we used to know anymore. That's why I rarely come here and I decided to pick up 15 WRX limited. I hope ft1club won't be this ridiculous when production FT1 arrives.

X2, people actually showed a little respect for one another back than. I also hope our new forum doesn't end up like this.
